Organisation

The Redwood, from which our organisation takes its name, is the world's tallest tree in North America. While the average height of the trees is 80 metres and can reach 115 metres, their roots are only 3 metres deep. With roots that are only three metres deep, giant trees of over 100 metres can stand because they intertwine their roots and support each other. Helping each other generates great power. This is our basic philosophy. We help communities and countries to become self-reliant and to carry out medical activities.

Redwood Mission's activities began in Africa in 2013. We started by participating in the activities of an international multinational medical volunteer organisation, working in

rural and urban slums in African countries, and since 2016 we have also been involved in

Buruli ulcer treatment in West Africa. As we gained more medical experience in Africa,

we began to think about establishing autonomous medical facilities at the local and national level that would improve public health and prevent disease outbreaks, and we are now working with a group of innovative IT companies in several countries to build an autonomous African medical organisation that does not require external assistance. We would be grateful for your understanding and support of our organisation's philosophy and activities.
